The contact form

When you use the form on our contact page, we may collect your name, email address, company name, the type of work you are interested in and anything you include in your message.

We use that information to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need and decide whether we can help.

We do not automatically add contact-form enquiries to a marketing mailing list.

The form is delivered using third-party website and email services, so those providers may process the information on our behalf in order to deliver your message to us.

Why we are allowed to use your information

For general enquiries, we normally process your information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us about our services.

If you ask us to provide a quotation, prepare a proposal or start work, we may also process your information because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you.

Where we rely on your consent — for example, for optional analytics — you can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep your details

If you contact us but do not become a client, we normally keep the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact.

If you become a client, we may keep relevant project, contractual, accounting and correspondence records for up to six years after the end of our working relationship, where this is necessary for legal, tax, accounting or business-record purposes.

We may delete information sooner when we no longer need it.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and identifiers stored in analytics cookies.

Google does not store the raw IP address as part of our Google Analytics reporting data.
