About PoleBrandFAMILY-RUN / TEAM 03

Small team. Big build energy.

PoleBrand is a family-run studio. Mark and his son Jason build with Milos, our senior developer. We make websites, apps and useful systems.

Why we keep it small

Serious experience.

No account managers. No layers. Just the people actually doing the work.

Mark has spent more than 20 years designing and building digital products, with more than 300 websites, systems and applications behind him.

Today, Mark, Jason and Milos work closely across strategy, UX, design and development. Different strengths, one shared standard: make useful things, make them properly, and don't overcomplicate the process.

The people in the work

Three people. One close team.

You know who is making the work. We stay close, speak plainly and care about what leaves the studio.

    Founder / 01

    Founder, designer & problem solver

Mark has built more than 300 websites and spent over 20 years figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and what clients actually need. He leads the thinking, challenges the obvious and still gets his hands dirty.

Strategy, Architecture, UX, design and the occasional mad idea.

    Creative developer

Before becoming our key developer, Jason competed at a high level in European gaming and coached established esports teams. That background shows in his work: he understands interaction, reward, flow and what makes people want to keep using something. He now brings that thinking into our web applications — usually adding ideas the client hadn't even considered.

UX, UI, gamification, development — and, for reasons known only to Jason, probably the best music app on the planet. For fun.

    Senior developer

Milos joined Mark in 2021 and has been part of the machinery ever since. He takes the complicated stuff, pulls it apart and puts it back together properly — whether that’s a custom application, an e-commerce platform or a website that simply needs to work a lot harder. He brings serious technical depth to the team, but always keeps an eye on the person who eventually has to use what we build.

Development, architecture, performance, integrations — and fixing the thing we were told couldn't be done.

What we care about

Make it clear. Make it work.

A good site helps people know where they are. A good app helps them finish a task. A good AI tool gives a useful answer and knows when to stop.

The tool is not the point. The result is the point.

If a simple fix will work, we will say so. If a big build makes sense, we will show you why.

How we work

Four steps. No theatre.

You stay close to the work. You see what is being made and why.

  1. 01

    Listen

Tell us what feels slow, hard, or stuck. We ask plain questions.

  2. 02

    Map

We find the real job, the people it serves, and the shortest sound route.

  3. 03

    Build

We design, write, code, and connect the parts. You see progress as it happens.

  4. 04

    Learn

We test the result. We keep what works. We fix what does not.

Who we help

People with a real job to do.

You may need a new site. You may need an app. You may have an AI idea or a pile of old tools that do not talk. Start there.

  • Websites that feel alive

  • Apps that finish a task

  • Online shops that are easy to use

  • AI tools with clear limits

  • Old systems that need untangling

  • New ideas that need a sound plan

Tell us what is stuck.

No deck. No hard sell. Start with the messy bit and talk to the people who will do the work.
